For me it's been timing. Always had something else of high importance scheduled at the only times you had meetings.

So on Sundays I set aside time for church gathering. & Tuesdays i work from 7am-6pm.
Saturdays & Sunday afternoon I am free. Or between 6-7:30pm weekdays.
